Equipment

  • Frying pan or griddle
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Serving plates

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, avocado, etc.)
  • Condiments (mustard, ketchup, mayo, etc.)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Meat: In a large bowl, mix the ground beef (or your preferred protein), egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. You can also add a bit of grated cheese into the mix for added flavor.
  • Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized patties—aim for about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. This allows them to cook quickly and be the perfect "bite-sized" portion.
  • Cook the Patties: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. If you’re using cheese, place a small slice on top of each patty just before they’re fully cooked to melt the cheese.
  • Assemble the Bites: Once the patties are cooked, set them on a plate and top with your favorite burger toppings. You can go classic with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, or mix it up with more creative toppings like guacamole or crispy bacon.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Serve your Bunless Burger Bites on a platter for everyone to grab and enjoy!

Notes

When forming the patties, make sure they’re not too thick, as this will affect cooking time. If the patties are too large, they might take longer to cook, resulting in overcooked outsides and undercooked insides. Adjust the size for quick, even cooking.
