Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: If you're using raw chicken, cook it thoroughly and shred it into small pieces. If you prefer convenience, you can use a rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese if using. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Transfer to Crockpot: Pour the mixture into your crockpot. Spread it out evenly.
  • Cook: Set your crockpot to low and cook for about 2 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Stir it once halfway through to ensure it heats evenly.
  • Serve: Once the dip is ready, give it a final stir. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

When making this dish, make sure your chicken is fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F) to ensure it’s safe to eat. You can substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs if preferred. If you prefer a more robust flavor, you can even grill the chicken before slicing.
